Here's Clay!

I'll introduce one of my lizards, his name is Clay and he is a Mali Uromastyx. He is a definite boy, you can tell by his coloring and the vet confirmed it for me. He is a complete vegetarian, I give him all sorts of greens, peas, brocolli, timothy hay and he LOVES sweet potato after I've cooked it and it has cooled down. He lost one of back toes about a year back due to a bad shed. Clay has been in my life for nearly four years now. Although these lizards have been known to live up to 30 years sometimes up to 50 years Clay isn't a touch me , hold me lizard. In fact he protests severely to me touching him , ever since I had to medicate ho mfor tape worm when I frist got him he has hated any conact. Oh well, I still love him all the same no matter what.
